Under the direction of the Warranty Manager, and working closely with the Warranty Processing team, the Regional Field Warranty Specialist drives the improvement of warranty recovery for the organization by conducting training, reviewing warranty claim documentation, following up on claim deficiencies, ensuring the proper and timely shipping of warranty parts, and developing, executing, and improving company warranty procedures.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, first shift, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $24.00 - $34.00/hour (based on experience)
Travel required: Yes (amount is TBD - to our four Central IL dealerships)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Train branch personnel, including service advisors, managers, and technicians, on proper warranty processes
Work closely with technicians during warranty repairs to ensure proper warranty procedures are followed
Ensure the proper and timely shipping of warranty parts
Follow up on and properly resolve deficiencies in warranty claims
Review warranty Repair Orders for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to the warranty processing team
Proactively take steps to maximize warranty recovery
Travel among assigned locations

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Advanced computer skills and experience in Google Applications. Must possess demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems.
Previous experience as a warranty analyst or leadership experience in a service environment preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills required
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Valid driver's license required
Dependable and reliable attendance required.
