Position Summary:
The Senior Accounting Systems Analyst (Aderant System Senior Analyst) is responsible for maintenance, upgrades, and user support in various areas of the accounting system, Aderant Expert. This position manages internal and external accounting systems maintenance and interfaces. The Senior Accounting Systems Analyst relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.


As Aderant System Senior Analyst, you will:
- Run system weekly/monthly checks for data integrity between accounting systems and resolve discrepancies
- Manage internal and external systems maintenance and interfaces between accounting systems
- Update, prepare and distribute weekly and month-end reports and reconciliation
- Generate ad-hoc reports using SQL upon request
- Process daily/weekly/monthly cost uploads and distribute monthly summary reports
- Maintain Chrome River routing rules and updates
- Administer the Firm's late time program
- Review, maintain and process changes to the timekeeper database, including rates and security
- Monitor and resolve help desk tickets assigned to Financial Applications group
- Participate in projects for system upgrades, testing and implementations


Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least seven (7) years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of Aderant software and automated accounting systems
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Aderant Expert tables
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours

Expected Pay Range in Orange County $114,200 - $155,500
Expected Pay Range in Los Angeles $119,700 - $162,900
Expected Pay Range in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and New York $125,100 - $170,300

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
