This position you will:

Responsible for the decision process and documentation related to real estate strategy decisions and business planning activities. Engage key stakeholders to drive sound decision making based on data, analytics and business input. Performs analyses and develops business cases related to real estate investment, while serving as a key Biomed liaison to Real Estate Services Program Strategy team. Position will also manage cross-functional teams related to certain annual business planning activities for Biomed.

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities:

* Develops frameworks, tools, and processes to support decision making related to real estate and business planning activities.

* Analyzes data and performs business plan analyses and feasibility studies for real estate strategy.

* Develops status reports for management review; Monitor program activities.

* Identify areas of need and/or improvement, and develop recommendations for program improvement.

* Develop professional relationships and coordinate with key internal partners, including Donor Services and Supply Chain field leadership.

* Perform management and administrative duties as needed to support program operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience.

Skills & Abilities:

* Strong analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements.

* Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations.

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

* Develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals.

* Highly proficient with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

* Demonstrates initiative as a self-starter, but also comfortable working with a team

* Ability to work on a team.

Travel: Travel may be required.

The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $90,000.00/annually.

This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.

Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
