Position Description
Process Manager
Within the Risk Infrastructure Team in Capital One Financial Services, this role will have responsibilities for both Business Continuity and Third party management, quality assurance, reporting, tracking and audit exercises. Manages and monitors process. Identifies areas for process improvement or development. Builds processes, including process maps, to ensure appropriate management and governance of critical processes. Develops project plans to execute process development and/or re-engineering. Documents and communicates new/revised process. Interacts with both internal and external clients. Manages communications, specific to their processes, for multiple levels of management, including executive level communications.
Responsibilities:
Process monitoring and reporting
Manage process improvement projects
Process mapping and documentation of new and existing processes
Third Party Relationship management
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications or Computer Science
• Business Process Management Certification, LEAN Certification, Six Sigma Certification
• 1 Year experience in Project or Process Management
• 1 Year experience in Relationship Management
• 1 Year experience in Risk Management
